技術名稱: 壓力監測系統

技術簡介

通常在工廠內的管路壓力監測裝置皆為一個壓力點使用一個差壓計,對於複雜的管路系統則可能多達上百個差壓計的安裝,本裝置可有效利用電磁閥的切換來節省差壓計的裝設量。利用軟管將欲量測之管段的壓力導引到控制箱內,並將所有導引來的靜壓分別安裝在一組並聯的各電磁閥上,再將所有的動壓分別安裝在另一組並聯的各電磁閥上,而該兩組並聯電磁閥的底部各安裝一根連通管連結至單一差壓計的高低壓兩端,並利用控制元件切換各電磁閥的啟閉以達到多點壓力監測切換的目的。

Abstract

Usually, it needs one transmitter and one pressure gauge for each pressure monitoring point in the factory. And then factory needs to spend much money to install many transmitters and gauges for complex duct system. This technique is to make a device to instead those transmitters and reduce the need in pressure gauges. Using the electronic valve and flexible tube to construct the control panel is effective to connect the single pressure gauge with every sensor point in ventilation duct.

技術規格

開關式電磁閥2n+1個、2~3分軟管數根、電控箱一個、差壓計一個;控制方法可為傳統式電路控制或利用PLC控制各電磁閥的開關時間與順序;可分別監測n個點的靜壓與動壓(流量)值。

Technical Specification

On/off type electronic valve(2n+1), flexible tube, control panel(1), pressure gauge(1); using traditional electric circuit or PLC to control the timing and priority of valves; it can monitor n nodes’ static pressure and velocity pressure–flow-rate.

技術特色

利用電磁閥的切換,使單一差壓計的量測功能可變為多點壓力的量測,並利用電磁閥與壓力連接管的配置方式,達到靜壓與動壓皆可量測的目的。又利用可輸出訊號的差壓計為壓力量測元件時,可將其量測數值傳輸到廠務監控系統,以達到製程排氣監控系統的設計目的,並有效降低監控系統安裝的成本。
