技術名稱: 環保型電氣絕緣膠帶

技術簡介

隨著全球綠色環保趨勢,開發非PVC型電氣絕緣膠帶是近年膠帶產業面臨的挑戰,本技術為取帶PVC背膜的環保型電氣絕緣膠帶。搭配業合廠商進行試量產,本技術成功開發出耐燃級PE膜,其破壞電壓、耐寒性以及耐燃性達UL-510電氣絕緣膠帶之規格,,可作為低溫或常溫用途之環保型電器絕緣膠帶。

Abstract

Eco-material and cleaner production are investigated globally for environmental protection. To develop the non-PVC insulation tape is a great challenge for the domestic tape industry. The flame retardant PE films have been developed in our technology. Breakdown voltage, flame test, and exposure to cold of the developed PE substrates were qualified in UL-510 electrical insulation tape standard. Electrical insulation tape composing of eco-material PE is well suited to low temperature and room temperature applications.

技術規格

使用本技術開發之環保型電氣絕緣膠帶: 1、底材: PE改質背膜,其拉伸手感、撕裂性及破壞電壓與 PVC 電氣絕緣膠帶相當;耐燃規格符合ASTM D568測試標準 2、感壓膠: 市售壓克力膠及橡膠系膠,其CNS黏著力可達 3 kgf/19mm
