技術簡介

天然物特殊水相萃取分離技術係指將以下系統應用於天然物活性成分之萃取及分離。此系統之形成為：在水溶液中加入兩種物化性質相異之聚合物(polymer)或鹽類(salt)，這些不同性質之大分子分別與水分子產生交互作用力而成兩相。利用目標物與兩水相分子間不同作用力產生分配(partition)行為而達純化分離的效果。以特殊雙水相萃取或微胞萃取等分離純化技術，可萃取分離天然物中之活性成分，用以製備藥效確實，高有效活性成分及藥物作用範圍集中之天然活性組合物。

Abstract

Special aqueous two-phase extraction system has been considered as a useful method for purifying biological materials in natural products. The system is composed of a polymer and salt or two incompatible polymers. The partition behavior of molecules in these systems depend mainly on their physicochemical properties, such as hydrophobicity or charge, and the partition can be influenced by changing the composition of the phase system. The high concentration and efficiently active composition composed of active ingredients could be prepared by using the special aqueous phase extraction technology for Chinese herbal medicine
