技術簡介

前驅藥物開發技術主要是以藥效、藥動學理念，設計合成與篩選低生體可用率藥物之研發為主軸。本中心之技術包含前驅藥物之結構設計研究、製備方法、In vitro試驗與In vivo藥效、藥動學之藥物血中濃度探討，協助廠商進行前臨床試驗之規劃，藥物之市場前景分析。

Abstract

The prodrug can improve drug’s oral bioavailability and produce blood levels greater than those attained by the parent drug. Prodrug Development Technologies include design, synthesis the prodrug of marketing drug molecules or drug candidates followed by using in vitro cell-based and in vivo animal assays to screen out the best prodrug with optimized pharmacokinetics profile.

技術規格

1)選用Rule -of -5，Drug-Like的藥物吸收性質之篩選規範，進行藥物初篩。2) 前驅藥物在動物試驗中，釋出藥物之藥動參數AUC及Cmax較原藥為優，延長藥物在血中之有效濃度的時間（依不同之藥物而定），減少副作用，增加服用的方便性。
