技術名稱: 液滴噴射暨噴霧產生之微型泵浦

技術簡介

一種結合雙向振動壓電片和陣列微孔噴孔片所構成的微液滴噴射裝置,藉由高頻驅動訊號,可以將腔體內的液體以微液滴噴出並形成霧化,藉由電控回路可以控制噴霧的流量和霧化液滴的品質;經由流道設計,本裝置可以噴射黏滯係數高達10cp的液體;特殊的結構設計,本裝置可以噴射酸鹼、溶劑等各種液體。

Abstract

A micro-droplet injection device which is combined bimorph PZT plate and array micro nozzle plate could inject and atomize liquid with high frequency. The flow rate and atomization of this device could be controlled by means of control mode. Due to specified design of flow chamber and structure, this device could inject high viscosity and many kinds of liquid.
