技術名稱: 自動離合手排變速箱(AcMT)技術

技術簡介

本技術已以一款國內1.2L手排車為載具,完成其雛型離合模組開發及實車性能測試驗證。 高效率性:幾乎維持與原手排車同樣效率,因只在離合過程才需消耗電能去驅動馬達。

Abstract

The AcMT technology has been used on a local 1.2L vehicle and finish the AcMT prototype performance test & validation, its performance has reached the lever of international AcMT product. (1)High efficiency: The clutch actuator only consume power during the clutch disengagement. (2) Low production cost: Comparing to manual transmissions, the increasing cost is not much (lower than that of the automatic transmission (AT). (3) Comfort: Because the clutch actuation is automated, the clutch pedal is not necessary again and it increases the driver space. (4) Drivability: It is capable of automatic compensation for clutch wear and keeping on optimal clutch clearance. (5) Safety: It is capable of diagnostic function and full time monitors the clutch actuation.

技術特色

自動離合手排變速箱是在手排變速箱之架構上加了離合作動器及變速箱控制單元(Transmission Control Unit,簡稱TCU;或稱離合控制器,或稱電子離合管理器,Electronic Clutch Management,簡稱ECM),在排檔桿則裝上位置感測器,以感測駕駛者之排檔意圖,通知TCU下命令給離合作動器進行相關的動作,離合器完全自動控制,因此無需離合器踏板。手排車通常隨使用之里程,離合器會漸漸磨耗,使得離合器踏板位置必須作調整。AcMT之離合器作動是自動化,其作動器可隨時配合離合器磨擦片之磨耗狀況自動調整至最適當之作動啟始點,省去人為的調整。AcMT既是電子控制,因此可具自我診斷功能。本離合作動器是以電馬達經減速機構減速,再轉換成直線運動,以推動離合器釋放軸承之軸向位移,而控制離合器之接合(engage)及分離(disengage)。AcMT之控制共分成三個主要的部分:一是轉速、類比及排檔訊號擷取、二是離合器咬合控制、三是操作模式及離合器模態。引擎啟動後即先進檔位之判斷,駕駛者之意圖及車況判斷,以決定須馬達作所需之動作,使離合器產生所要之動作。 本技術主要包含離合作動器之匹配設計技術及控制技術,控制技術則包含路況之偵測與判讀、排檔意圖之偵測與判讀、離合作動器之作動控制(含上下坡起步、上下坡換檔、停車之寸動、引擎煞車、離合器片之磨耗補償)
