技術簡介

開發一新型疏水性PU材料,兼具疏水、疏油、透明、黏著、耐磨耗之低溫反應型PU材料。

技術規格

1. 可低溫烘烤(60~150℃), 2. 烘烤時間短(20~120分鐘), 3. 疏水性佳(水接觸角:105~110o), 4. 塗層透明(透明度~92%), 5. 黏著性佳(百格測試:>98/100), 6. 耐磨耗(磨耗完水接觸角維持>98%), 7. 抗酸(1N HCl ,2小時,疏水性變化極微), 8. 抗鹼(1N NaOH ,2小時,疏水性變化極微), 9. 耐熱水(100℃/2hrs,疏水性變化極微), 10. 耐高溫(250℃/24小時,疏水性變化極微)。

技術特色

利用一簡易合成技術製備新型疏水性PU材料,改變基材表面特性,使其具疏水易潔功能,兼具透明、黏著、耐磨耗、耐酸鹼、耐高溫特性,且烘烤溫度低,適用各種基材。

應用範圍

汽車前擋、大樓帷幕玻璃、廚房衛浴磁磚。
