技術名稱: 高粉塵煙氣取樣系統之控制迴路

技術簡介

傳統實廠煙氣取樣所遭遇之困難,包括過濾器必須每週更新至少一次、管線堵塞定期清理或更新以及取樣煙氣之代表性不足等現況。因此,未解決實務上所遭遇之困境,同時兼具降低秏材與人力成本,乃提出採用可程式邏輯控制器所構成之控制迴路軟體,搭配電磁閥、氣動閥、加熱保溫棉以及濕式除塵筒等硬體,形成一套連續運作機制的創作,藉以徹底根除燃煤燃燒爐之長時間連續煙氣取樣與管線堵塞的清除所遭遇之瓶頸。

技術特色

本創作主要是設計一套控制多管煙氣取樣管之取樣與排除堵塞控制迴路法則,藉以取代習知之過濾器,以利於多管濕式煙氣取樣混合系統能進行長時間連續運作而不需停機清理或更換過濾器。
