技術名稱: 高濃度粉塵旋風混合取樣器

技術簡介

可用於高濃度粉塵下之煙道氣取樣,以協助鍋爐、燃燒爐、焚化爐等最佳化監測與燃燒性能調整用。本項創作適用於高溫、高濃度粉塵煙道氣下取樣,具有多點取樣、混合均勻、連續、耐候、維修簡易與低壓損等優點,可解決習知的煙囪取樣器無法耐高溫,以及於高濃度粉塵狀況下,因連續操作造成的堵塞、操作維修不易等問題。

技術規格

以旋風集塵器中之慣性力流場,完全粉塵過濾,使煙道氣於集塵器內充分混合後,送往分析儀器進行煙道氣之分析。

技術特色

於燃燒系統進行燃燒調整時,於燃燒爐出口進行煙道氣取樣為必要的程序。此外,對於需要長期裝設系統最佳化監控與調整設備時,可於高粉塵量下取樣更是保證最佳化調整能達成目標的重要因素。
