技術名稱: 煙氣之微米粉塵濾除裝置

技術簡介

目的在於不改變原來煙氣樣品之品質情況下,同時符合煙氣分析儀分析樣品之條件,如無粉塵、水份及穩定煙氣樣品之取樣流量。避免因連續操作造成的堵塞、操作維修不易等問題,減少煙棄分析儀維修與有效提高使用壽命。

技術特色

本創作以scrubber與pack-tube absorbers複合設計原理,設計複合式微米粉塵濾除系統,藉由幫浦將煙氣引入複合式微米粉塵濾除裝置,透過粉塵粒徑特性,以不同之濾除方式,有效降低煙道氣粉塵量、取樣高溫、及無法連續監測等效果。設計一種新型之煙道氣取樣、混合系統,使燃燒系統即時最佳化調整可達到長期、穩定、可信之目標。
