技術名稱: 多重燃料重組器系統

技術簡介

利用觸媒催化反應將化石燃料或再生能源轉換成CO濃度低10 ppm之富氫重組氣,再作為燃料電池發電系統所需之燃料。

Abstract

One takes advantage of catalysis technology to transform fossil fuel or biomass into hydrogen-rich gas containing CO concentration less than 10 ppm, which can serve as the fuel of polymer electrolyte fuel cell power generation system.

技術規格

系統產生重組氣之氫氣濃度40%、CO濃度 10 ppm (穩態)、熱機啟動時間 30 min.、能源密度 0.03~0.05 瓩/公升,適用之燃料有天然氣、甲醇、乙醇及LPG。

Technical Specification

System produced H2 concentration 40%, CO concentration  10 ppm (steady state), Start-up time  30 min., Energy density 0.03~0.05 kW/L. This system can transform natural gas, methanol, ethanol and LPG into hydrogen-rich gas.

技術特色

開發之重組器具有系統體積小、能源密度高、啟動時間短,且此重組器可直接用空氣冷卻停車。

應用範圍

適用於化石燃料(如天然氣、甲醇、乙醇及LPG)暨再生能源(如厭氧氣及發酵酒精)等。
