技術名稱: 處理量1500立方米/日沼氣純化工程之設計規劃

技術簡介

現有商業化沼氣純化技術約可分為物理吸附與化學吸附,依據製程特性及處理量,每種技術皆有其固定之使用場合。由貴公司所提供資料包括處理量1500立方米/日、硫化氫濃度800ppm來看,較合適之技術為水洗純化及氧化鐵等兩種技術,若再考慮操作便利性、系統穩定性與耗材使用量,水洗純化法較氧化鐵法更合適。由此進一步規劃整個系統所需設備及流程,並以程式計算純化系統之流體動力之資料,作為細部設計應用之基礎。

Abstract

The process is chosen for specific application depending on its characteristic and scale. Suitable processes for biogas purification are water scrubber and ferric oxide absorption while the demand of scale is 1,500 m3/d and the concentration of H2S in biogas is 800 ppm. For more consideration to operation, stability and consumption, water scrubber is a better choice. According above, mass balance can be calculated for designs of process and facilities.
