技術簡介

連續式的生質柴油製造程序，利用離心機械裝置方法將原料油脂內之固體粒子、水分及游離脂肪酸移除，應用生質柴油部分迴流之方式，省略多道轉酯化程序，並以陽離子交換樹脂將粗生質柴油中殘存的鹼觸媒去除，可高效率生產純生質柴油，減少操作時間，增加產量。

Abstract

A system for continuously producing biodiesel is disclosed, which comprises: a centrifugal tank having an inlet and an outlet; a transesterification tank connects to the outlet of the centrifugal tank; an alcohol and basic catalytic supply unit which connects to the transesterification tank with a pipe; a precipitation tank located next to the transesterification tank, and a circulation tunnel is mounted between the precipitation tank and the transesterification tank; a cation exchange unit connects to the precipitation tank; and a distillation unit connects to the cation exchange unit by another pipe.

連續式生質柴油製造系統，系統生產的生質柴油合乎生質柴油規範，產能達2~15萬噸/年，為適用於精鍊廢食用油以製造車用柴油之製造系統。
