技術名稱: 標的血腦障壁傳輸技術

技術簡介

開發能標的血腦障壁的特殊ligand,用以修飾微脂粒藥物載體,使藥物載體具有延長體內滯留時間,並將無法穿過血腦障壁的藥物帶入腦中。

Abstract

Development of specific ligands for targeting BBB as well as ligand modified-liposomal drug delivery systems to take drugs penetrating the BBB into the brain.

藥物濃度大於1.5 mg/ml,微脂粒粒徑小於150 nm Drug Conc. > 1.5 mg/ml, Size < 150 nm

將無法進入腦中治療的藥物帶入腦中,達到治療的效果。此外,已具備包含產品之製備、規格設定、產品評估、前臨床試驗與臨床試驗之規畫事項等,屬完整且系統化的微脂粒技術開發。

中樞神經疾病如阿茲海默症、帕金森氏症、中風、多發性硬化症、腦腫瘤與疼痛控制等
