技術名稱: 藻類培養系統

技術簡介

一種藻類培養系統,係用以使培養藻液循環流動,其包含有底部盛液培養槽、培養裝置及流體循環裝置,底部盛液培養槽容置有培養藻液,培養裝置設置於底部盛液培養槽的上方,流體循環裝置係抽取底部盛液培養槽的培養藻液,並持續地將培養藻液通入培養裝置,使培養裝置內的培養藻液溢流至底部盛液培養槽。

Abstract

A system for microalgae cultivation is used to cultivate microalgae for flow cycling. The system for microalgae cultivation comprises a cultivating-trough, a cultivating device and a flow-cycling device. The cultivating-trough has cultivating-liquid, the cultivating device set up on top of the cultivating-trough, the flow-cycling device is to take the cultivating-liquid of the cultivating-trough and get the cultivating-liquid enter the cultivating device for cultivating-liquid of cultivating device overflow to the cultivating-trough.

技術特色

1、本藻類培養系統包含氣體源,用以提供培養氣體,且流體循環裝置包含氣體分配裝置,將培養氣體通入培養藻液,增加培養溶液中培養氣體濃度,並提昇氣體流動路徑及增加反應容積。 2、系統底部盛液培養槽之底部中心為最低點,流體循環裝置可連接於最低點,培養藻液中的藻類循環至最低點,可經由流體循環裝置送入培養裝置。 3、培養主系統為流體化床體型式,外圍設計階梯式外環(由上至下面積遞增),藻液由上而下溢流,並利用重力流方式造成下層之擾動,使藻體懸浮流動,如此可增加單位使用面積,以達到增加藻類培養面積的目的。。 4、設置之各外環出口設計成V型或方型堰,使藻液易於均勻流出至下槽。
