技術名稱: 平板蒸發器式微環路型熱管

技術簡介

傳統環路型熱管的設計中,其蒸發器之外形結構大都為圓柱狀,內有多孔毛細結構所組成。如此之設計已有成熟技術與完整之理論基礎,可解決許多不同應用的散熱問題。但是其不適合在有些平板熱源之應用,並且需要轉接元件,將圓柱面轉換成平面,以利平面熱源之散熱設計,如此之設計多了轉接元件之不確定度,且增加熱阻。本計畫主要在設計平板式蒸發器取代傳統圓柱形蒸發器,並且選用材料與加工成本較低的方式製作,以增加其將來其被應用之機會。實驗發現本計畫的平板式蒸發器環路型熱管,輸入功率小於15W時,溫度呈現週期的變化無法達到平衡穩定;輸入功率大於20W時,環路溫度可達平衡狀態,且當輸入功率愈大,整體平板式環路型熱管的熱阻有愈小的趨勢,改變蒸發器內毛細結構與蒸汽通道的設計後,環路型熱管於低輸入功率所產生的溫度週期變化已經不見,且其熱阻與最大熱傳量有明顯的改善。

Abstract

This type loop heat pipe didn’t suit the plate heat source. Need a transfer part to solve it. Such design can increase the thermal resistance and uncertainty. The major design of this report was to change the shape of evaporator from cylinder to flat disk. The productions of flat evaporator loop heat pipe use low cost manufacture way. Increase loop heat pipe application opportunity in the future. We input 15W to evaporator of the loop heat pipe and we discover the temperature change was cycle and loop temperature can’t reach steady. We input power more than 20W the loop heat pipe can reach steady. The input power increase cause the over thermal resistance decrease. The LHP of evaporator was changed the wick material and the size of vapor channel. The low power (15W) was input the revised LHP, the temperature cycle was disappearing. And the thermal resistance and maximum heat transfer were improved.
