技術名稱: 小型甲醇重組器重組器系統

技術簡介

利用自熱式重組反應技術設計甲醇重組器系統,本重組器系統使用之各單元反應觸媒都是材化所自行研發且取得相關專利,且系統單元反應之操作參數控制策略與方法也是自行開發,具有充分技術自主權。

甲醇轉化率 95% 重組氣濃度:氫氣濃度45%;CO濃度 20 ppm 系統熱機啟動時間 25分鐘;主系統體積 (不含控制及BOP件)  20公升

1.此甲醇重組器系統具有體積小、操作容易、啟動時間短 2.此系統產生之重組氣CO濃度可穩定低於20 ppm以下、甚至10ppm 3.已充分符合可攜帶式發電系統的需求
