技術名稱: VOCs吸附劑性能測試分析及化學濾網技術

技術簡介

隨奈米技術的的發展,製程環境的潔淨要求不再只滿足於微塵粒的控制。相對的製程環境中氣體分子污染物(AMC,Airborne Molecular Contamination)的控制成為影響製程良率的關鍵因素之一。由於科技的發展生活週遭充斥著逸散於空氣中的污染物,大樓病症候群出現的日益頻繁在健康發出警訊的當下,人們開始注意到平均每天有90%以上時間所處的室內空氣品質問題。為控制AMC,潔淨室會在MAU、RAU、FFU上或製程機台內部加裝化學濾網(或稱氣體濾網);而一般建物則在空調箱或室內清淨裝置加裝氣體濾網,以有效控制並降低AMC濃度值。由於化學濾網本身之性能特性影響AMC控制的品質,其中吸附劑及濾網的設計非常重要。吸附劑為空氣潔淨技術的關鍵材料,可應用於一般建築IAQ及廠房製程環境潔淨技術上。本技術內容包含吸附劑性能測試分析系統的介紹,分析及彙整吸附劑對數十ppb至ppm濃度範圍VOCs的去除效率、容量及壓損測試結果,可以用來設計潔淨室用的化學濾網及一般空調使用的氣體濾網。

Abstract

These contaminants can be reduced and controlled by using chemical filter in make-up air unit, circulation air system, fan filter unit and mini-environment for cleanroom and IAQ applications. The performance of chemical filter usually has an effect on AMC control and its service life. The performance of adsorbent media is a key point. This study includes the media test rig which allows raw chemical medias to be evaluated under a wide range of conditions and the VOCs removal performance of several commercial adsorbent including pressure drop, initial removal efficiency and removal capacity.
