技術名稱: 濾氫薄膜製備技術

技術簡介

鈀金屬有良好的透氫功能,但使用純鈀當透氫薄膜一則成本太高二則機械強度不足。因此近年來眾多研究皆是將鈀金屬以無電電鍍析鍍於一多孔基材上,較傳統冷扎技術可將膜厚降至更低,可有效降低鈀金屬之成本,並利用多孔基材以提供足夠的機械強度。本技術即是利用此法製備濾氫薄膜在多孔不銹剛之基材上 。

Abstract

A hydrogen filtration module includes a porous metal substrate and a membrane layer that is selectively permeable to hydrogen. The porous metal substrate comprises stainless steel and the membrane layer includes palladium or palladium/silver alloy.

氫氣之滲透通量可達60m3/m2*hr、選擇率為4000

技術特色

本技術可製備出高滲透率及高選擇率之濾氫薄膜在多孔不銹鋼基材上,亦有良好之再現性。
