技術名稱: 電漿重組器以及具有此電漿重組器的內燃機系統

技術簡介

本專利透過車載微小型電漿重組設備,克服傳統重組器需要觸媒以及燃料的使用限制,達成以(生質)柴油、汽油或酒精等廣泛可用的車用燃料,直接且即時產製富氫燃料(主要為氫氣與一氧化碳),以氫氣助效燃燒模式提升能源效率,降低空氣污染。 電漿機車技術完全無須依賴氫氣儲存或供應基礎設施,即可實現hydrogen on demand的便利。本型電漿燃料轉化裝置,亦可包含轉化全氟碳化物(PFC)或揮發性有機化合物(VOC)或脫附等功能。

Abstract

(英文) Plasma reformer can convert several kinds of hydrocarbon fuel such as diesel, gasoline, bio-diesel, nature gas and alcohols into hydrogen-rich gas (syngas)without the use of catalyst. The hydrogen-rich gas can assist the combustion efficiency and reduce the environment pollution of an internal combustion engine. A scooter or motor bike use the plasma reformer can free from relying on hydrogen storage tank, it can realize the so-called H2 on demand. This device can be used not only for hydrogen production, but also for the treatment of PFC and VOC gases.
