技術名稱: 多元料源生質柴油生產技術

技術簡介

結合兩階段(預酯化及轉酯化程序)之生質柴油產製技術,油脂轉化率達96.5%以上、適合國內各種料源使用、降低10~20%製造成本。

Abstract

The production technology of bio-diesel contains two-stage process of pre-esterification and transesterification. The bio-diesel conversion ratio is above 96.5%, all domestic oil materials can be used for this process, and operation cost is reduced by 10~20%.

酸製程處理:酸價< 2 mg KOH/g ,水分< 0.1 wt.%;鹼製程處理:符合生質柴油標準(除原料油本身原有性質外)

技術特色

.結合預酯化前處理及鹼製程的生質柴油製造技術。 2.本製造系統可用的生產原料包含廢食用油及高游離脂肪酸油脂(游離脂肪酸含量5~50 wt.%),並兼容各種純動植物油脂。 3.經由本系統製造之生質柴油回收率大於90%。

應用範圍

利用廢食用油或高酸油脂(游離脂肪酸含量5~50 wt.%)經兩階段製程產製生質柴油。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(設備)

對生質柴油建廠有興趣的業者皆可,然接受授權者最好具備有廠房空間及水、汽、電等廠房設施,以提供製造系統架設存放及系統運轉所需。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(專業)

1.接受授權者需對生質柴油的製造有興趣及具有相關概念。 2.接受授權者需有化工製程及機械設備施工基礎概念。
