技術名稱: 不同展示櫃使用相異之除霧控制器研究

技術簡介

為減緩國內近年來大量採用的冷凍冷藏展示櫃之趨勢而使便利商店、超市、賣場等能源使用密度不斷提高,因此以賣場主要設備來進行除霧控制研究,使得業界能夠利用可調式節能除霧控制裝置,進而達到節約能源與環境保護的目的。本研究將以四呎兩門雙溫展示櫃、九呎開放式展示櫃與四門後補式展示櫃除霧單日耗能依照不同環境條件等級分類比較,以供監控端使用參考。本階段所開發的省電除霧控制器,在實驗室與現場實地長時間測試的實驗中,確實有達到省能目標,平均預估有50%的省電率。

Abstract

In recent years, the loss consecution of the national electric power promotes continuously, the reason is the electric power of the show case cooling depletion of the super store is very big.Therefore use a super store to mainly refrigerate the show case progress defog control research.Hoping this realm can make use of fixed type and the adjustable type of equip to defog control.Reach the save energy and the purpose of the environmental protection.There are 3 kinds of show cases to compare to consume electric power, and this condition according to the different environment condition and the different relative humidity, the type of show cases has:2 door and 4 feet widths show cases of the temperature scope of dissimilarity and inside are and 9 feet show case and 4 doors walk-in show cases.Supervise and control by providing the end usage reference.

技術特色

1.可調變的除霧控制器,其係包含:可供與一個或複數個監控主機進行雙向通訊及可調變之除霧控制器藉以調整不同控制參數來控制不同冷凍冷藏櫃及適應不同環境。 2.可調變的除霧控制器比對該至少一個感測元件偵測設備測試點之判斷結霧程度訊號計算出判斷結霧程度之實際數值,與該除霧省電控制單體所設定之該目標參數值,進而輸出一相對應之控制訊號,透過輸出模組及電驛開關藉以控制受控設備(除霧裝置)之啟停,來控制設備除霧時機。

應用範圍

本創意是應用於冷凍冷藏櫃除霧的裝置,對於賣場、超市、餐廳很多的台灣地區,將是一項可以考慮的選擇。
