技術名稱: 厭氧薄膜生物處理技術

技術簡介

厭氧薄膜生物處理技術專利包含一厭氧生物反應槽、一好氧生物反應槽與一薄膜分離槽。厭氧反應槽成功運用厭氧菌與兼氧菌之特性,主要功能為降解水中之有機物質。好氧反應槽主要功能為降解厭氧處理後殘存之有機物質,同時藉由生物膠凝作用有效捕集水中之金屬碳酸結晶物,避免後續薄膜系統之阻塞。薄膜反應槽裝置有一NF薄膜作為固液分離程序使用。

Abstract

Membrane-coupled methanogenic and facultative bioreactor system includes an anaerobic reactor, an aerobic reactor and a membrane reactor. The Anaerobic reactor seeded with methanogenic/acidification archaea and facultative bacteria and the main function is organics degradation. The functions aerobic reactor are decrease residual organics from effluent of the anaerobic reactor and keep metal carbonate crystals in the floc by bio-flocculation mechanism. The membrane tank contains UF membrane modules and separate solid/liquid to get high quality treated water.

技術特色

厭氧薄膜生物處理系統是利用厭氧/兼氧微生物之特性將水中生物可分解之COD代謝為甲烷與二氧化碳,同時利用後續薄膜分離技術可產出高品質之處理水。本技術之特點為佔地體積小,處理效率高,且處理水質可達到回收標準。
