技術名稱: 多階多管式旋風器裝置及分級收集粒狀物之方法

技術簡介

本創作改良一種可收集奈米粉體之旋風器(簡弘民等人,2004;專利公告號: I220652;Tsai et. al., 2004;Hsu et. al., 2005),並且組合成多管並聯式奈米粉體旋風器,成為一種可於中度真空(20 torr)至常壓(760 torr)條件下,收集氣流中液滴或固體粉體的裝置。結合兩組不同截取粒徑之前述多管並聯式旋風器;或者一組前述多管並聯式旋風器,後接其他集塵設備(例如:Bag-house、Bag-filter、HEPA filter、Electrostatic precipitator),可有效且大量的依粒徑來分級收集粗粉體、細(次微米)粉體、超細(奈米)粉體。
