技術名稱: 疏水結構及其製法

技術簡介

一種疏水結構及其製法,為利用大氣電漿鍍膜技術於基材表面依序形成具有粗糙面之硬鍍層與疏水鍍層,此技術可提昇該疏水結構之硬度與耐磨性、保護底層基材、提昇透明度、提昇疏水性,而運用大氣電漿之鍍膜技術,則可大幅降低製造成本,提升商品價值。

Abstract

A water-repellent structure and a method for fabricating the same are provided, using APCVD technique to form a hardened coating having a rough surface on a substrate and a water-repellent coating on the rough surface in sequence. Due to the design of the water-repellent structure, it can provide the characteristics such as hardness, abrasion-resistance, transparency and hydrophobicity of the water-repellent structure.

技術特色

利用大氣電漿技術在乾式低溫環境下進行鍍膜,並利用複層結構即底層具耐磨耗且高粗操度,表層為非極性性化學分子組成,能獲得水接觸角大於150度之表面。
