技術名稱: 結晶矽太陽電池模板封裝與測試

技術簡介

(製程技術請說明所包含之各單元技術,單元技術則免填) 單一太陽電池所輸出的電力有限,為提高其發電量,可將許多結晶矽太陽電池併在一起,做成模板,稱為結晶矽太陽電池模板,其關鍵製程如下: 材料選用及設計→導線焊接、高分子模壓合、確定封裝條件→接線與裝框→完成模板封裝→模板特性測試。

技術特色

1.型式具有單晶矽與多晶矽模板。 2.模板輸出電流和電壓可自行設計。 3.通過穩定性及可靠性測試、 耐候性佳、使用壽命長。 4.建立 PV module 穩定性測試之國際標準 (UL、IEC...等)。
