技術名稱: 長效釋放控制微粒技術

技術簡介

利用生物可分解之高分子以單/雙乳化技術製備微米球,建立長效釋放控制藥物載體合成製備技術與藥物配方技術平台,並依藥物疏水性/親水性特性開發藥物新劑型整合技術,達到生物相容、長效給藥、降低藥物副作用或病人給藥方便性等不同功能。

Abstract

This technology was to obtain biodegradable PLGA microspheres which can sustain release the active agent for more than 2 weeks in vivo. The microspheres were prepared by employing the oil-in-water emulsion/solvent evaporation technique.

1. 粒徑大小為20~100 μm 2. 包覆率高於75% 3. 微米球具有平滑的表面與緻密的內部結構 4. 依據材料性質可設計1-, 3- and 6-month的釋放 5. 可在動物體內維持1個月的有效釋放
