技術名稱: 非氟系低介電高頻基板材料技術

技術簡介

運用材料之分子結構設計,導入低介電常數之聚氧化苯撐與超低介電之聚丁二烯於環氧樹脂中,藉由PCB傳統含浸與高溫真空壓合製程可以獲得非氟系之低介電與低損失的高頻基板材料。
