技術名稱: 微小化UHF RFID讀取器模組技術

技術簡介

為了改善現有UHF RFID讀取器的可攜性、獲得價格優勢,並加速RFID應用導入與普及,我們以微小化、低枆電量為前提,進行符合ISO18000-6C (即EPC C1 Gen2)工業標準之RFID讀取器模組設計。

Abstract

In order to improve the existing UHF RFID reader of portability, access to the price advantage and accelerate introduction and spread of RFID applications. We develop the the low-power consumption micro UHF RFID reader module, in line with ISO18000-6C industry standard.

技術規格

(1)符合 ISO18000-6C (EPC C1 Gen2) (2)低耗電量:Transceiver + CPU + SDIO + PA + etc. = 3.3V, 700mA (3)雛型件之RF輸出功率30dBm,大小為70mm x 30mm,配合外掛式2dBi天線,讀取距離約50m

技術特色

(1)以雙向混頻器取代循環器,達成Reader微小化之設計 (2)微小化之微波PCB Layout設計 (3)建立模組化韌體技術,大幅簡化電路 (4)已具有機率式分離輪詢方法及其無線識別讀取機控制器專利申請

應用範圍

(1)可大幅降低UHF RFID讀取器成本;從NT 20,000元降到5,000元。 (2)可加速RFID之應用與導入,如食品履歷、物品防偽、居家照護、遠距醫療、行動醫療…等。 (3)將創造新的服務模式:RFID行動加值服務。
