技術名稱: 遙測光譜數據分析系統

技術簡介

本項技術產出是使用 MicrosoftR Visual Basic 6 所撰寫並且編譯成可執行檔的應用程式。使用操作設計友善的本土化繁體中文操作介面。本軟體主要是利用多變數分析的方法對遙測光譜(如紅外光譜)進行定性與定量的工作。定性的工作是將樣品光譜與參考光譜將指定範圍的數據進行相似性的分析,並且將相似係數排列找出最相似的光譜。一張現場取得的樣本光譜可能是由數張純物質成分光譜的組合,在本軟體中利用的定量方法是使用古典最小平方(CLS)的計算方法解出個別組成的比例。

Abstract

This product is a software application that programmed with MicrosoftR Visual Basic 6 and compiled as an executable application. It is designed as a friendly and easy to application, and it is a localized traditional Chinese language user interface version application. The software is capable to deal with both qualitative and quantitative analysis for remote sensing spectra (such as FTIR spectra) by means of multivariate analysis method. The qualitative function is accomplished by spectra data correlative compare and ranking the coefficient of correlation to find out the standard spectrum that is most likely to the sample spectrum in selected region. A sample spectrum might be composited by several individual pure component spectra. As this product application applies, it is useful quantitative method to calculate each component ratio by classical least square (CLS).
