技術名稱: 石料粒度分析試驗與成份試樣調製技術

技術簡介

本技術在於訂立對煉鋼、煉鐵及其他用途所使用之各種石料作多層次的粒度分析試驗方法。並對經粒度分析後之原混合石料之成份建立分析試樣調製方法。其突破重點在於控制大量礦石破碎粒度之穩定性,長期保持在95%以上之準確度。

技術特色

一般礦石粒度分析與試樣備製製程,大多以實驗室小規模為主,大規模製程很難控制其穩定性。本技術之特色在於提供工廠級粒度分析製程之方法與步驟。
