技術名稱: 微小型甲醇重組產氫技術

技術簡介

甲醇經由重組反應後可產生氫氣,可供應燃料電池發電使用。甲醇蒸汽重組器主要由五大部份所組成:燃料預熱器、燃料重組、選擇性氧化CO、熱交換器及燃燒器等,本報告係針對不同商業化MDC-3與G66B觸媒進行甲醇蒸汽重組反應之相關研究。研究的實驗參數包括反應溫度、進料速率與甲醇濃度。觸媒在反應中扮演相當重要得角色,因此,觸媒液漿的配製與塗佈亦在研究範圍之內。為避免CO濃度過高降低燃料電池壽命,本報告中亦探討CO抑制技術。相關之最佳化氫氣操作條件,未來將做為重組甲醇燃料電池設計參考。

Abstract

Methanol steam reformer include five subsystem: fuel preheater, reforming, selective oxidation carbon monoxide, heat exchanger and burner. We selected commercial MDC-3 and G66B catalysts as our reformed methanol catalysts. Fuel supply rate, reaction temperature and methanol solution rations were our experiment parameters. The report includes catalysts was prepared and coating, carbon monoxide removal technologies. The better operation condition is our reference condition for the design of Reformed Methanol Fuel Cell.
