技術名稱: 機器人非接觸充電器與電池管理系統

技術簡介

本技術提出以數位訊號處理器為非接觸充電控制核心的電池充電系統和電池管理系統,開發非接觸式電源供電技術應用於機器人。

Abstract

This technology presents battery non-contact charger and battery management system using DSP-based control system for robot.

技術規格

1. 充電對象:12 V / 10 Ah鋰電池與鉛酸電池之泛用型充電器。2. 最大輸出電流:4 A。3. 耦合效率:80 %。4. 具備I2C和RS-232通訊介面

技術特色

本計畫開發之非接觸充電器整合於移動機器人,搭配建構的修正式庫侖積分法及充電策略,有效提高電池能量估測精確度及建立機器人自主化操作模式。

機器人、代步車、電動自行車、電動輪椅、混成式電動車、資訊家電設備、電動工具等產品

研發設備:電路設計工具、可程式直流電源、電子負載、交直流低阻抗量測儀器等。 生產設備:電池組裝設備、電路板製作、銲件相關之設備等。 測試設備:電池性能測試之充放電機、恆溫箱、安規測試設備,電路板性測試與校正工具等。
