技術簡介

以電泳膠搭配可吸附核酸之帶電固體介質，進行核酸純化。本技術特色為流程簡單，並可與自動化儀器整合之核酸純化方法。

Abstract

The nucleic acids purification method is a combination of electrophoresis gel and charged solid phase. The purification process is simple and can be integrated with automation.

技術規格

可視使用者需求，選擇純化mature miRNA(4~40 nt)或miRNA precursor (40~100 nt)的片段範圍，可於生物晶片獨立觀察兩者表現量。

Technical Specification

Mature miRNAs (4~40 nt) or miRNA precursors (40~100 nt) can be isolated effectively. The purified product can be applied to microarray right after the labeling.

技術特色

目前市面上並無可將miRNA清楚切割分離成mature miRNAs及miRNA precursors兩群的純化產品，使得miRNA生物晶片這類high-throughput screening tools無法用於觀察這兩群miRNA含量對生物作用之影響。目前僅有Agilent公司利用特殊設計之探針，可專一讀取mature miRNA之訊號，但仍無法觀察miRNA precursors。
