技術名稱: 3hp壓縮機直流馬達設計及分析技術

技術簡介

應用有限元素方法於馬達電磁場之設計,使馬達設計者於產品尚未製作之前,即能掌握馬達的電磁特性與輸出性能,使設計時程得以縮短、開發成本得以降低。

Abstract

To shorten the developing time and money, a better computer simulation tool is needed. We analyzed and discussed with FEM method provided by commercial software Ansoft.

馬達轉速範圍900rpm~7800rpm,馬達扭矩範圍1Nm~8NM,馬達額定輸出功率3Hp,輸入電動器電壓AC220V單相或三相,輸入馬達電壓DC310V
