技術名稱: 嵌入式火災影像分析技術

技術簡介

本技術考量嵌入式系統運算效能,開發一套適用的火災偵測的技術,在監控的影像中可即時分析火焰與煙霧的特性,經由時間序的警報機制,快速且準確地偵測火災事件,並有效地降低誤警報。火焰偵測包含色彩分析、火焰閃爍運動分析;煙霧偵測包含色彩、飽和度、對比及煙霧能量等。

Abstract

An effective fire analysis algorithm that detects fire and smoke events simultaneously is proposed for embedded systems. For the captured streaming video, the algorithm immediately recognizes flame and smoke features. By employing temporal alarming scheme, it detects fire events rapidly and correctly; and thus, significantly reduces false alarms. Flame detection phase contains color features, and temporal twinkling motion analyses. Smoke detection phase considers color chroma, saturation, contrast, and energy properties.

技術規格

1.嵌入式火災影像分析包含火燄分析、煙霧分析、火焰或煙霧區域警示、火警訊號輸出、火災影像傳送等技術 2.以TI DM642為核心處理器,可同時偵測影像中火焰與煙霧事件 3.警報處理方式:可由GPIO輸出觸發訊號至揚聲器、數位I/O卡、或與消防控制面版連結 4.即時傳送火災現場圖片或視訊 5.火焰反應時間約20秒(受火焰顏色與背景複雜度影響) 6.煙霧反應時間約20~30秒(遮光率達30%以上且煙霧特徵明顯),若煙霧過淡會延長反應時間 7.日間/夜間皆可有效偵測 8.stand alone系統,包含影像處理器與CCTV攝影機

Technical Specification

1.Embedded-based fire detection framework includes flame detection, smoke detection, alarm area presentation, alarm signal output, and fire scenario image transmission. 2.Real-time surveillance for flame and smoke simultaneously. 3.Alarm signaling: GPIO output, digital I/O to control panel. 4.Image/video transmission of a detected event. 5.Response time for flame: 20 sec.(dependent on flame features, and background complexity) 6.Response time for smoke: about 20~30 sec.(smoke density 30% or more, detectable smoke features) Else, response time is longer. 7.Effective and applicable for both day and night. 8.An embedded-based stand alone system, which integrates a DSP and a camera.

1.火焰色彩分析、火焰運動分析 2.煙霧分析,包含色彩、飽和度、煙霧的上升與擴散、煙速的蓄積與上升判斷、煙霧的對比與能量分析 3.累進式警報機制,達到一定警報層級,可立即發送火災警報 4.獨立式偵測系統,無須額外連接電腦,系統穩定 5.支援不同類型的視訊輸入端子,如AV、S-VIDEO等 6.可即時傳送火災現場的圖片或視訊,提供消防安全人員確認現場情況
