技術簡介

一種廢塑膠裂解液化初級蠟回流再裂解的控制方法與裝置，藉由裂解反應過程中所量測的壓力與溫度傳送至控制器並以控制軟體進行運算，再輸出訊號至控制閥來控制其開口大小，使除蠟器中蠟回流再裂解反應的回流量得以適量控制，亦即控制除蠟器中液態蠟的回流速率及液態蠟層的高度，解決廢塑膠液化裂解時蠟回流再裂解回流量的不穩定現象，使裂解區負荷穩定，整體系統可持續穩定運轉及產油品質更清澈良好。

Abstract

A method and apparatus for control of recycling liquefied wax portion contained in the gaseous head fraction from liquefaction of waste plastics by thermolysis is used to measure the pressure and temperature of the decomposition reaction and transmit to the controlling chamber to carry on calculating by the controlling software, and then output the signal to the controlling valve to control the opening of the size of the controlling valve, so that controlling the recovery of recycling liquefied wax portion.
