技術名稱: 空調冰水系統最適節能控制技術

技術簡介

本技術為一節能控制系統可用於監視與控制一建築中央空調系統,建築類型包含:高科技廠房、大型商辦大樓、購物中心或大型賣場,此技術無須更動硬體設備與管路,透過空調冰水系統運轉資料的資料擷取,與自動建立空調冰水設備之模擬模型,自適應技術加以動態修正模型參數,最適節能演算技術透過高準確之模型可分析評估節能操作策略及效益,並透過直接控制或間接警訊予操作人員進行節能控制,達到空調冰水系統最適節能之效益並亦提供穩定之運轉,可操作之設備包含冰水主機、冰水泵浦、冷卻水泵浦、冷卻水塔風扇等設備。

Abstract

This is an energy-saving optimization control tecnique for HVAC system, and it can be appliedto monitor and control the HVAC system on manufactory, commerical buildings, shopping mall without changing and retrofitting any facilities. Collecting the data from operation HVAC system, a technique can utomaticly create the facility modesl and an adpative method can dynamic modify them. The optimizion method can fast calculate and analysis various workable operations to achieve energy saving and the constraint is offer steady-state HVAC system.. The optimization operation can be direct to execute or indirect to alart operator. The optimization operation facitilies includes chillers, cooling tower fan, chilled water pump, condenser water pump.

1.用電節能率2~5% 2.可處理多台(3台以上)並聯之冰水系統架構:冰水主機、冰水泵、冷卻水泵、冷卻水塔風車 3.可處理不同廠牌與冷凍噸之冰水主機
