技術名稱: 一對多變頻空調機控制策略技術

技術簡介

一對多變頻空調機控制策略的流量分配,主要參數為壓縮機轉速與膨脹閥開度,系統依據內循環控制器所提供的膨脹閥開口及壓縮機轉速,提供室內機所須之冷媒流量。另外,外循環控制器會依據室內溫度與設定溫度之差距,再給與系統補償,加速系統到達穩態之時間並維持穩定度,保持室內溫度之舒適度。

Abstract

The main parameters of flow rate distribution of multi-split air conditioners are the compressor and electric expansion valve. The inner controller provides refrigerant flow rate depending on electric expansion valve and compressor speed. However, the external controller will compensate the flow rate by the difference of room temperature and setup temperature to achieve consistent performance in different modes of operation.

技術特色

一對多變頻空調機控制策略控制策略採用PI控制器法則,當空調機運轉時,系統的狀態函數(如壓縮機轉速、電子膨脹閥開度、設定溫度….)都可表示為P控制器和I控制器之和。流量分配是由內外迴圈PI控制器、反積分控制器和多台室內機切換控制器,及多機系統的動態控制法則來進行。另外,外循環控制器會依據室內溫度與設定溫度之差距,再給與系統補償,加速系統到達穩態之時間並維持穩定度,保持室內溫度之舒適度
