技術名稱: 量測液體中懸浮顆粒沉澱特性的系統及方法

技術簡介

本發明在於提供一種量測液體中懸浮顆粒沉澱特性的系統及方法。此系統包含一發光單元、一影像感測單元及一液體容置單元。其中,該發光單元用於提供一光線,而該液體容置單元用於容置一待測液體。該液體容置單元設置於該發光單元與該影像感測單元之間,且具有相對於該發光單元的一透光壁及相對於該影像感測單元的另一透光壁。該光線穿透該待測液體的強度變化可經感測於該影像感測單元,而得到一影像資料,以轉換為該待測液體中懸浮顆粒相關資料。

Abstract

The present invention relates to a system and method for measuring precipitation characteristics of suspended solids in liquid. The system includes a light source, an image detector and a liquid container. In such system, the light source is applied to provide a light, and the liquid container is applied to contain a test liquid. The liquid container is configured between the light source and the image detector, and has a transparent wall respective to the light source and another transparent wall respective to the image detector. The intensity of the light transmitted through the test liquid can be detected by the image detector and image data obtained there from is transformed into information associated with suspended solids in the test liquid.

以30分鐘之量測時間,計算水中懸浮顆粒之濃度、不同沉澱速度之懸浮顆粒群組與分佈與平均沉澱速度等資訊,沉澱速度最慢可量測至0.01cm/min

Technical Specification

Several parameters can be measured within 30 minutes including the concentration of SS, activated sludge the distribution of flocs with different settling velocity, and the average settling velocity which is able to reach 0.01 cm/min as the minimun measuring value.

技術特色

本發明係關於一種量測水質的系統及方法,主要利用影像感測方式,量測液體的透光強度變化,即時監測水樣的懸浮顆粒,而得到更為詳細的資訊,包括懸浮顆粒濃度、各深度懸浮顆粒隨時間變化的分布情形及其沉澱速度、平均沉澱速度等,以評估液體中懸浮顆粒的沉澱特性。
