技術名稱: 水質偵測設備及其水樣進流裝置

技術簡介

本發明主要功能為達到水質監測時自動水樣取樣、自動空白校正及自動槽體清洗之功能,其監測裝置主要分為「水樣傳輸」、「水樣準備」及「水樣量測」三部分。水質監測機制為利用水樣傳輸組成將廢水與清水傳輸至水樣準備組成,再利用水樣量測組成掃描水樣以獲取水樣光譜資訊,以偵測其廢水水質特性。

Abstract

A water-detecting apparatus and a water sampling device thereof are disclosed. The water sampling device includes a tank, a clean water inlet connected to the tank, a sewage inlet connected to the tank, a water sampling outlet connected to the tank and an ultrasonic vibrator installed on the tank. The sewage enters the tank via the sewage inlet. A water sampling measuring module measures the spectra of the sewage. The clean water inlet guides clean water to enter the tank for cleaning the tank. When clean water enters the tank, the ultrasonic vibrator is started.

技術規格

本裝置分光光度計之偵測範圍包含紫外光及可見光區域,全波長掃描範圍可達200 nm至1100 nm,其訊號以USB方式輸出,光源強度範圍為190 nm至2000 nm,以光纖方式將光源傳回分光光度計做訊號處理,其訊號感應及輸出速率可每秒一筆以上之數據

Technical Specification

The detection range of the spectrophotometer locates in ultraviolet and visible light regions from 200 nm to 1100 nm for full-wavelength scanning. The signal is exported by USB connection, and the light source intensity ranges from 190 to 2000 nm. The signal processing is achieved through delivering/transferring the light source back to the spectrophotometer by optic fiber, with a signal sensing and export rate of more than one record per second.

技術特色

目前設置於廢水處理廠之水質量測設備,大部分多採接觸式進行量測,其設置在惡劣環境易造成量測設備感測器損壞,故維護方面需定時清理或更換感測器,造成維護成本較高。因此本發明將量測槽體內加裝石英玻璃並採用線上型分光光度計、分光光源供應器及傳輸光纖之量測方式,避免感測器與廢水直接接觸,以減少設備的損壞降低維護成本,同時本裝置槽體具有自動清洗的功能,維護量測品質。
