技術名稱: MRI顯影劑

技術簡介

本技術平台以磁性奈米微粒表面修飾生物相容性物質,亦可於表面進一步修飾專一性分子,發展為專一性磁振造影劑,提高檢測之靈敏度。

Abstract

This platform use biocompatible moleculae coated magnetic nanoparticles as MRI contrast agent. Magnetic nanoparticles could also be immobilized with various specific biomolecules to be specific MRI contrast agent.

磁性微粒大小為10-100 nm,磁性大於60 emu/g

技術特色

以化學共沉法製備磁性奈米微粒,並於表面修飾生物相容性物質,可控制微粒之均勻性及分散性,微粒大小為10 nm至100 nm;亦可於表面修飾不同專一性之生物分子,發展為具生物標的之磁振造影劑,可應用於不同標的之診斷,並提高檢測之靈敏度。

生物醫學診斷造影MRI顯影劑,磁熱治療等。
