技術名稱: 廢水厭氧生物處理系統及方法

技術簡介

本專利包含一厭氧生物反應槽與一溶解空氣浮除槽,其中厭氧生物反應槽利用其中之厭氧微生物菌群降解廢水中之有機污染物;溶解空氣浮除槽用於對來自厭氧生物反應槽之出流水中之固體進行固液分離,以回收厭氧微生物,提升系統整體之水力負荷。

Abstract

This patent process contains an anaerobic bio-reactor and a dissolved air flotation tank. The function of the anaerobic bio-reactor decrease organic in the wastewater by anaerobic sludge; and the dissolved air flotation tank is for carrying out a liquid-solid separation on an effluent of anaerobic bio-reactor to prevent washing out of the anaerobic microorganisms from effluent of anaerobic bio-reactor.

技術規格

厭氧系統利用溶解空氣浮除槽作為固液分離之裝置,厭氧系統之有機負荷2-10 kg/m3-d;水力負荷 > 10 m/d,依不同水質而訂。

Technical Specification

Applying a dissolved air flotation tank for solid-liquid separation of an upflow anaerobic reactor, the organic loading is 2-10 kg/m3-d and the hydraulic surface loading is larger than 10 m/d depends on different wastewater conditions.

技術特色

本專利技術利用一溶解空氣浮除槽作為上流式厭氣污泥床反應槽之固液分離用途,可以取代傳統上流式厭氣污泥床反應槽之三相分離裝置,以節省反應槽整體初設成本費用,同時提升系統水力負荷,避免於低濃度污染物處理中流失大量污泥。
