技術簡介

液態進料挾帶床氣化技術包括：液態進料與燃燒器設計、高溫高壓下耐火泥配置方法、氧化劑在氣化爐配置設定、漿液噴出速度和霧化方式、操作運轉參數設定、以及氣化反應模擬。

Abstract

The technology of entrained-flow gasifier includes the slurry fuel feedstocks and feeding burner design, refractory deploying in gasifier at the conditions of high pressure and temperature, the oxidant distribution and setting in gasifier, the exit velocity and spray of feeding burner, the optimal operation parameters, and reaction simulation of gasifier.
