技術名稱: 蒸汽壓降節能發電技術

技術簡介

1.採Rankine-cycle壓降工程計算,取代減壓閥功能,達到節能回收效果。依客需條件分析完整之系統設計和工程規劃,包含:蒸汽條件評估、熱力機械分析、機電控制、客需化系統設計和規格制訂、安裝測試工程、操作養護手冊、人員養成訓練等。 2.此技術特點為機組簡單、安裝操作方便、回收期短、技術成熟。目前國內尚未有小型壓降發電機組在工業界應用,可開發潛力市場大,兼具經濟和環保節能效益。

Abstract

1.Replacing the traditional PRV process, the steam energy conservation engineering follows Rankine-cycle’s pressure letdown to save enthalpy energy. The details of system design and install plan include customer’s steam demand study, thermodynamics and power control analysis, the bill of system and material, buildup and testing, operation and manual, and technique training. 2.This energy technology outline is making simple, easy control, high ROI, and available source maker. The Taiwan marketing to the small steam turbine should be still developing, and it’s valuable.

凡工業蒸汽用戶,如石化、化學、紡織、造紙、食品業等,需求條件在蒸汽流量在2噸/小時以上,製程內壓降值大於3 bars,皆可有投入效益。
