技術名稱: 渦流產生器鰭片式熱交換器設計開發技術

技術簡介

當流體流經鰭管式熱交換器鰭片表面,在銅管後端會有尾流區產生而造成壓損。若在圓管後側加裝渦流產生器,由於渦流產生器產生的縱向渦流會增加管後流體的混合,使尾流區縮小,降低流場的壓降。在這些縱向渦流的作用下,促使了主流區與鰭片表面附近流體間的動量和能量交換,造成流體擾動,進而破壞邊界層效應,而使傳熱增強。

Abstract

When the air passes through the fin surface of heat exchanger,wakes always create in the back region of tube and cause a large pressure drop. Vortex generators are punched or mounted on a fin surface to generate longitudinal vortices. As the vortices flow downstream by the main flow ,they cause bulk fluid mixing, boundary-layer modification, and flow destabilization, and improve convective heat transfer. This enhancement approach not only improves heat transfer, but also accompanies by a usually modest pressure drop.

技術規格

渦流產生器鰭片式熱交換器,鰭片間距約在1.2mm~2.0mm,應用於空調設備用鰭管式熱交換器(乾盤管),達到熱交換器性能提升改善目的。

Technical Specification

The purpose of fin-and-tube heat exchanger equipped with pitch 1.2mm~2.0mm and vortex generator is to improve the performance which is applied to air conditioning systems.

技術特色

一般冷凍空調設備用鰭管式熱交換器,採用增強鰭片的主要目的在破壞氣流通過鰭片表面的邊界層,使其增加擾動效果,達到提高熱傳目的,但是相對的也會伴隨著壓損增加。渦流產生器鰭片式熱交換器設計,也是熱傳增強技術的一種,用小型突出物以浮花壓製、黏附或衝孔等加工方式結合在鰭片表面上。當流體流經渦流產生器的鰭片表面,會產生縱向渦流使得靠近鰭片表面附近的流體和較遠端的流體充分混合,提高熱傳效果,而且使流體速度由主流動方向轉變成側邊及垂直方向,而減少由磨擦阻力所產生的壓降,因此渦流產生器機構是可以適度提升熱傳,但又不會大幅增加壓損的增強鰭片設計。
