技術名稱: 滿液式蒸發器冷媒液位控制方法

技術簡介

一種滿液蒸發器冷媒液位控制方法,其係量測一蒸發器之冰水入水溫度、冰水出水溫度與冷媒蒸發壓力值、一冷凝器之冷媒冷凝壓力值,以及一壓縮機之冷媒吐出溫度,以得出一壓縮機吐出溫度誤差值與一蒸發器算術平均溫差誤差值,一控制器係依據該吐出溫度誤差值與算術平均溫差誤差值,以調整一電子式膨脹閥之開度,以達到最佳的冷媒流量與液位控制,進而有效發揮蒸發器之熱交換面積,並可提升蒸發溫度,而使冰水機的部份負載效率可進一步提高。

Abstract

A refrigerant liquid level control method for flooded evaporator is disclosed. The method measures a chilled water entering temperature, a chilled water leaving temperature, an evaporating pressure of evaporator, and a condensing pressure of condenser, and a discharge temperature of compressor, and transfer to the controller to determine a discharge temperature error value and an arithmetic- average-temperature-difference error value.

根據蒸發器的製冷能力需求與變化,可以調整膨脹閥的冷媒流量,控制冰水器內的冷媒於最佳液位,使蒸發器在最佳的冷媒蒸發溫度下運轉,有效提升冰水機部份負載條件下的運轉效率。
