技術名稱: 小型生質柴油機

技術簡介

本小型生質柴油機台具有可移動的特性,其結合兩階段轉化程序(預酯化及轉酯化程序)產製生質柴油,生產的收率介於85-95%之間,適合酸價小於15 mg KOH/g及水份含量小於0.3 wt.%之各種料源使用。

Abstract

The bio-diesel production containing two-stage process of pre-esterification and transesterification is utilized in this movable and compact bio-diesel set. The bio-diesel yield ratio is between 85% and 95%, and all oil materials which acid value is less than 15 mg KOH/g and water content is less than 0.3 wt.% can be used for this machine.

技術特色

1.連續式生產操作,無廢水產生的清潔製程。 2.兩階段轉酯化製程,可避免過高的游離脂肪酸在轉酯化時產生皂化,提高生質柴油產率(可處理酸價小於15 mg KOH/g、水份含量小於0.3 wt.%的油脂)。 3.具備自動化功能之友善操作介面,以及異常自動通知模組。

應用範圍

利用廢食用油或動植物性油脂(酸價小於15 mg KOH/g、水份含量小於0.3 wt.%) 之兩階段轉酯化製成生質柴油。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(設備)

對生質柴油生產有興趣的業者皆可,然接受授權者最好具備有廠房空間及水、汽、電等廠房設施,以提供機台架設存放及運轉所需。

1.承接者需有化工製程及機械設備施工基礎概念。 2.承接者需對生質柴油的製造有興趣及具有相關概念。
