技術名稱: 蠟即時迴流再裂解式廢塑膠熱裂解液化產油方法

技術簡介

一種廢塑膠裂解產油的方法,藉由除蠟器的設置,可於裂解器出口將初級蠟攔截並於高溫狀態下迴流至裂解器中再裂解的處理方法。除蠟器位於裂解器下游,蠟迴流溫度儘可能維持在高溫狀態,以節省再次裂解所需的能源,並避免了蠟凝結於管路而造成阻塞所引起的各種問題。

Abstract

A process with wax-recycling device to produce oil from pyrolysis of waste plastics. For energy saving, a de-wax device in the down-stream of pyrolyzer, captures and recycles hot wax back into pyrolyzer, to avoid wax block in the piping.
