技術簡介

整合國內90Wh/kg單元電池/電池模組應用在商車 e-Van電池組設計,採氣冷式電池散熱設計,保持電池組操作工作溫度,具有分散式電池管理系統以及模組化電池控制模組,具電量量測/保護/安全/監測診斷/整車界面功能。

Specification of battery : ‧ Battery module configuration 3S35P with capacity of 70Ah ‧ Nominal Voltage over 300V(range from 252~344V) ‧ Maximum power output > 50kW@20%SOC ‧ Communication by CAN bus 2.0A Features of distribute type BMS: ‧ BMS includes one control unit of estimating SOC and detective modules of MMU. ‧ On-board control unit of MMU with functions of SOH and passive balancing. ‧ Protective functions of voltage, current and temperature ‧ High-voltage isolation resistance over 1MΩ

技術特色

. Design of battery pack meets the power and energy requirements of 50kW EV-van with weight of 1350kg chassis and maximum driving range of 100km per charge. .Battery pack is located in a central position beneath the floor, enabling the electric vehicle van to boast the same carrying capacity as the internal combustion-engined (ICE) version. .STOBA inside 1865 battery cells are employed.
